- Profile information: information provided by students, parents or guardians, teachers, and institutions.

- Technical data: device and browser information, logs, cookies, and analytics data.
- Authentication information:information received from providers such as Google or Supabase to help authenticate an account. Dofiq does not store Google passwords.

- Provide, maintain, and support the Dofiq platform.
- Authenticate users and protect accounts.
- Manage classes, groups, tutoring, assignments, and related workflows.

Student and Minor Data
Dofiq may be used by students under parent, guardian, or institution supervision. Parents, guardians, and institutions are responsible for obtaining any consent required for a student's use of Dofiq where applicable.
How Information Is Shared
We share information only when it is needed to provide, protect, or operate Dofiq.
- Teachers, administrators, parents or guardians, and institutions may see information needed to provide and oversee education services.
- We may use service providers for functions such as authentication, hosting, chat, video, email, SMS, analytics, and platform operations. These may include Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare, and communication or video providers, as applicable.
- We may share information when required for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, or security purposes.
Dofiq does not sell personal information.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also keep their account credentials private and contact us if they suspect misuse.
